28. The Associate Secretary General is to establish a reappointment committee to examine whether a member may be reappointed.
The reappointment committee is composed of a representative of the public qualified to assess the qualifications required to perform the duties of a member of the Bureau, who is neither a part of nor represents the Administration within the meaning of the Public Administration Act (chapter A-6.01), and 2 members from the Government.
Sections 9 to 12 apply to the reappointment committee.
